Accurate Imaging Technology was established in 2019 by Ken Conerly, a dedicated professional with more than 35 years of experience in the X-ray and imaging field. After decades of hands-on experience, building strong industry relationships, and developing an extensive knowledge of imaging equipment and service, Ken decided to establish a company of his own. His goal was simple: to provide dependable, high-quality service backed by experience, integrity, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

From the very beginning, Accurate Imaging Technology was built on a foundation of trust, reliability, and long-standing customer relationships. Ken brought with him an established customer base developed over many years of working throughout the state of Florida, including providing services to county organizations and other customers who relied on his expertise. Through consistent workmanship, personalized service, and a commitment to doing the job right, the company quickly continued building on the reputation Ken had worked so hard to establish.

In 2020, Ken's son, Kenny Conerly, joined the team, bringing a new generation of leadership and a shared vision for the company's future. Kenny had previously worked in law enforcement and was looking for a more sustainable, family-oriented career path that would allow him to build a future for his growing family. Joining Accurate Imaging Technology gave him the opportunity to learn from his father's decades of experience while contributing his own skills, work ethic, and dedication to the business.

Together, Ken and Kenny continued to strengthen customer relationships, expand service capabilities, and grow the company's presence throughout Florida. Their partnership combined decades of industry knowledge with a forward-thinking approach to business, allowing Accurate Imaging Technology to continue evolving while maintaining the personal service and attention to detail that customers had come to expect.

In 2024, Kenny stepped into a greater leadership role, taking over the company's day-to-day operations and becoming CEO. Under his leadership, Accurate Imaging Technology continued to grow, expanding its team and bringing on another employee, Josh, to help support the company's increasing workload and commitment to its customers.

In 2025, after more than 40 years in the field, Ken announced his plans for retirement. That same year, Sarah joined the company as its new administrative professional and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening the company's business operations and helping establish a solid foundation for continued growth.

In April 2026, Ken officially retired, passing the torch to Kenny and Sarah as they took ownership of Accurate Imaging Technology and began leading the company into its next chapter. While Ken's retirement marked the end of an extraordinary career, the knowledge, values, and reputation he built over four decades continue to guide the company today.
